Brian Yin Hong Bo, owner of Destination China:
In 1997, I was one of the pioneers of MICE tourism in China alongside Issy Scher in Beijing. I learnt my trade on the ground, where the profession takes all its nobility. I have become an expert in event organization and I am proud to welcome the French to our country. My favorite proverb is from Confucius: Choose a job you love and you won't have to work a single day in your life.
Gunther Homerlein Director of Programs and Event Services:
When I joined Brian and Issy in 2001, newly arrived from my native Austria, it was easy for me to adapt to the needs of our clients. I owe this to my intense passion for China. Having accumulated a lot of experience during my thirteen years in the hotel business, including nine years as a member of the Shangri-La chain, I acquired all the necessary skills to "co-pilot" this beautiful ship that is "Destination China". My passion for the profession and the country has really given me wings, even if they aren't those of a dragon.
